Catherine Forester - Information Technology
I came to Carshalton College because my parents heard it was good and some of my friends were coming here too. It was great discovering that other students were interested in information technology too. If you're thinking about going to college I would advise you to be who you are and you will get on fine.

Adrian Grant - Art & Design
The most exciting part of my course has been developing new skills and the most challenging has been managing the course work load. The good thing is I have made new friends on my course and through the College Ambassador programme I work for.

Sean Parker - Motor Vehicle Apprenticeship
I wanted to find a course which was practical and hands on rather than following the traditional 'A' Level route. I attended an open day at the College and was offered an Apprenticeship in Motor Vehicle. My tutors have been really supportive throughout and I'm glad I made the decision as I have really enjoyed the course.

Albert Edwards - Advanced Chef's Diploma
I currently hold a level 2 Chef's Diploma but decided I wanted to further develop my skills and to gain a qualification that recognised the work I already perform in my employment.

It has been challenging, though extremely rewarding. The learning environments are good and the level of teaching is excellent.

Raghad Behnam - AAT Accountancy
After completing an ESOL and Book-keeping courses I progressed onto an AAT Accountancy course at the College. The course is excellent as I have been treated as an individual and there is always help and support.

I originally choose Carshalton College, as it was a smaller and more familiar learning environment with excellent transport links.

Juan Sanchez - Life Skills
At Carshalton College I have achieved so much, my confidence and independent living skills have dramatically improved and I have gained qualifications in English and math's. Carshalton College is a great place to study with accessible facilities and supportive teaching staff.

I am working towards enrolling onto a IT course at the College as my ambition is to become a computer engineer. If you are considering undertaking a course my advice would be to give it a try!

Lee Rolfe - CISCO
This is the first time I have undertaken a recognised qualification since leaving school and I am on a high. This qualification is a key to a door as I am looking to develop my career aspirations. Since commencing on my course I have developed a real sense of achievement and a thirst for knowledge.

My teachers are extremely intelligent about their subject and always have time to talk to me on a one to one basis if I need any clarification.

Gemma Levington - Entry 2 Employment
The Entry 2 Employment course is helping to prepare me for finding work and to progress onto a childcare course. I have found my teachers here are not like regular teachers they really go out of their way to help.

Samekia Whyte - Beauty Therapy
A friend recommended Carshalton College to me and I have not been disappointed. The College is friendly, easy to get to, highly recognised for achievement and has excellent beauty therapy salons.

As well as gaining a qualification, I have found that my confidence and my self esteem have increased dramatically which will enable me to reach my goal of working on a cruise ship as a beauty therapist.

Esperanca Vidal - ESOL
I needed to learn English and my sister recommended Carshalton College as she had attended ESOL courses at the college and then progressed onto a childcare qualification. The course is ideal for my needs and has provided me with so many more opportunities. The teachers have a patient teaching style and the College has excellent facilities.

Jon Dunthorne - Public Services
I've made lots of friends since joining the public services course and we all get along with each other. I enjoy the outdoor activities the most I get to go climbing, go on walks, sailing and high ropes. I came to Carshalton College because it was recommended that the public services course was excellent and I would recommend the same to anyone thinking about joining the course.
