Games Students Build Engineering Success

Games Students Build Engineering Success 14 October, 2015

Budding Engineers at Carshalton College are celebrating being successful participants in an exciting programme designed to fire up their design and engineering skills and teach them how games design skills can be applied to the built environment.  Their project was to design a new leisure Centre for Central Kingston and the group of students put forward were successful. Work on the project is just beginning!

Students worked on a range of engineering challenges including battling to keep agolf ball off the ground on a tower of spaghetti and jelly babies. The students' projects were observed under the watchful eyes of their Atkins Global mentors Charlotte and Henry.

Good Luck with the project and keep checking the website for further updates.
