The Level 3 public services students engaged in a London Ambulance Service employer talk this week.

The students gained an insight into the variety of roles within the London Ambulance service including roles they may have previously not realised were all parts of keeping the London Ambulance Service working and responding to emergencies.

They now have an understanding of the different pathways into being a paramedic from starting out in more junior roles to the degree pathway. In addition to this the application process and how to apply was explained. Along with hints and tips for a successful application and how life experiences give you transferable skills that can be used within the London Ambulance service.

Students found the session useful and engaging, and we would like thank the London Ambulance service for their time with us this week.
