Triple Distinction* student Assumpta Namazzi studied BTEC Health & Social Care at Kingston College and is now in her first year at Swansea University studying BSc (Hons) Adult Nursing.
Assumpta says: “I enjoyed my placement and learned a lot. I gained extra knowledge about nursing and looking after vulnerable adults which supported my UCAS Personal Statement in terms of having experience in the health sector.
“I had the opportunity to receive first aid training at Kingston College which enabled me to become competent with lifelong skills that are relevant to my dream career of nursing. I also had a free trip to Germany with course mates and lecturers which was fun hanging out with each other in a more calm environment.
“Kingston College is the best College because the staff are very supportive and understanding. You will never regret enrolling because they have a variety of courses suitable for every individual's interests. One more thing, the timetables are flexible which will give you time to engage in co-curriculum activities!”
