In May, our Level 3 Public Service Year 2 students went on a residential to Blackland Farm in East Grinstead.

Over the course of 4 days the students participated in numerous outdoor and adventurous activities such as hiking, abseiling, rifle shooting, archery, canoeing and climbing challenges.

The students camped in tents set up by themselves and cooked on an open fire each night. The students overcame personal fears and phobias such as fear of heights and conquered all the challenges they were set for them including an unexpected downpour on one of the nights.

The students used teamwork, leadership and communication skills throughout the week and developed skills in areas they had not done before. The students thoroughly enjoyed themselves and wished they could have stayed for longer!

Why not explore your adventurous side with our new Level 3 Policing Course starting this September?
